MAKING A HEALTHY SNACK
With guidance I let James choose some things for a snack. His selection was very good. He chose cottage cheese, berries and pumpkin seed, flax granola. I admit I only had to remind him we recently bought some new granola. These were all his choices.
I helped James select some measuring cups for portion control, with a little math on the side. James got a bowl and spoon.
Half a cup of cottage cheese.
One third of a cup of berries. Yes, he did sample them first.
Put ingredients in bowl.
2 tablespoons of granola.
